Connect Perplexity to your fenbs kanban board
Perplexity Enterprise members can add fenbs after an administrator enables custom connectors, a setting that is off by default. Add a private connection, sign in to fenbs, and ask what is on your kanban board.

This setup is for Perplexity Enterprise accounts. Your administrator must first allow members to add custom connectors; the setting is off by default. The steps below create a private connector for your account. Only an administrator can share one with the whole organization, as Perplexity explains in its custom remote connector guide (opens in a new tab).
Connect Perplexity to fenbs
- Once your administrator has enabled custom connectors, open Account settings in Perplexity, then Connectors.
- Choose + Custom connector, then Remote. Enter fenbs as the Name and paste the URL below into MCP Server URL.
- Choose OAuth for Authentication and Streamable HTTP for Transport. Read and check the acknowledgment, then choose Add.
- Open the fenbs connector card. Finish the fenbs sign-in and approval.
- Ask Perplexity: “What is on my fenbs kanban board?”

Set it up in fenbs for the connection steps beside the server address. This is Perplexity connecting to fenbs, separate from Perplexity’s own MCP server for other assistants and from its developer API. The Enterprise custom-connector guide does not establish access for every consumer plan.
What to save from a Perplexity session, and how the next AI picks it up
A useful research session ends with more than an answer. Ask Perplexity to save the findings you will use, the source links that support them, the decisions you made and the questions still open in fenbs. Put the next action beside the task it concerns, so another assistant can see what needs doing without reading every follow-up.
Keep the Thread when you want the conversation itself. Perplexity’s Thread guide (opens in a new tab) says signed-in Threads appear in History and can be reopened for follow-ups. Its Export button saves an answer as PDF, Markdown or DOCX; that is not an export of every answer and attachment in the conversation.
When you continue in Perplexity or switch to another connected AI, ask it to read the saved work in fenbs before starting. It can pick up the findings and next step you recorded. Saving those details is a deliberate end-of-session request, rather than a claim that a connector transfers the whole Thread.
Never lose the work you did in an AI session
After a useful AI session, save it in fenbs: the key observations, findings, research and context. Then carry on from exactly where you left off, on any device and in any other AI. The next AI you connect reads it at the start of the session, so you never have to explain the same problem again.
