Your own board is free, up to 50 open tasks at a time. Personal is $9.99 a month, or $99.90 a year, with no limit. A team kanban board is free for up to 5 people and 50 open tasks. More needs Team Access at $99.99 a month, or $999.90 a year, for the whole workspace. AI assistants cost nothing extra on any of them.
Yearly plans are paid upfront and renew automatically each year. We email you 30 days before renewal. Turn off auto-renew in Billing whenever you like; access lasts until the end of your paid year.
No. Charging for the one thing that makes fenbs different would be daft. Connect as many as you like, on every plan. They never count as a person, so they never change your bill.
Your own board with up to 50 open tasks, or a team board with up to 5 people and 50 open tasks, every AI assistant you want to connect, and no time limit. Completed and archived tasks do not count. A personal kanban board goes back to the free plan: still yours, still writable, with up to 50 open tasks. A team kanban board with up to 5 people does too. If either already has more open tasks, you can edit, move and complete them; you can add new ones when you are under 50. A team with more than 5 people goes read-only until it has Team Access. Nothing is ever deleted, and you can still take everything out. Your work is not held hostage.
No. $99.99 a month, or $999.90 a year, covers the whole team’s shared workspace, however many people you invite — your team, your client, anyone testing. Personal is for one person working on their own board.
Yes. Personal is $99.90 a year and Teams is $999.90 a year for the whole workspace, paid upfront. That is two months free compared with paying monthly. Your year starts on the purchase day; switching from monthly automatically pauses your monthly plan.
Yes. Open Billing and turn off Auto-renew. You keep access until the end of your paid year. Otherwise your saved card is charged each year at the same annual price you paid, and we email you 30 days before each renewal. If that price ever changes, we email you at least 30 days before your renewal, and you can turn off auto-renew before then.
When you need to sign in through your own system, want a security review answered properly, or have to pay on an invoice. If none of those sound like you, the middle one is the right one.
