These terms apply when you create an account on fenbs or use fenbs.ai. By using fenbs you agree to them. If you use fenbs for a business, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.
You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live, and you must give accurate details when you register. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for everything done under your account, including by AI assistants you connect.
You keep ownership of everything you put into fenbs — your boards, tasks, notes, comments, attachments and AI context. We only store it, and show it to the people and AI assistants you gave access to, so that we can run the service for you.
Do not use fenbs to break the law, to store content you have no right to share, to attack or overload the service, or to try to reach boards you have not been given access to.
Prices are in US dollars. Personal costs $4.99 a month for one person. Teams costs $99.50 a month for a shared workspace, however many people are on it. AI assistants cost nothing extra and never count as a person. If a subscription lapses, boards become read-only. Nothing is deleted.
An AI assistant connected to a board acts under a role you chose, and everything it does is attributed to it. You remain responsible for what you connect and what you allow it to do.
We work to keep fenbs running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose — you can export your boards at any time.
You can close an account or cancel a subscription at any time, and export your boards first. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. We will give notice before withdrawing the service, and will not hold your data hostage to do so.
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top, and tell you in advance of any change that affects what you pay or what you can do.
