Close your account
You can close your fenbs account here, or in the app under Me, then Close my account. It happens straight away and cannot be undone.
- Your account and how you sign in.
- Your own board and everything on it: tasks, notes, comments, files, the AI context and the history.
- Any AI assistant tokens you issued. They stop working immediately.
- Work on a team board belongs to that team, not to you, so tasks and comments you wrote there stay. They are no longer shown under your name.
- Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires. We cannot delete a receipt for money that changed hands.
We ask for your password again on the next screen, so that nobody else can close your account from a computer you left open.
