A person reads every message, usually the same working day and always within two working days.
Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page first. If the email never arrives, check your spam folder, then write to us with the address you signed up with.
Only if you ask us to and say which task. We never read your kanban boards otherwise.
You can cancel at any time. Your own kanban board and teams with up to 5 people return to the free plan, with up to 50 open tasks. Larger teams become read-only until they have Team Access. Nothing is deleted, so you can still take everything out.
It is telling you which permission was missing and whose role it checked. Ask the board’s owner to widen that role, or give the assistant a key with more access.
