Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how fenbs (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit fenbs.ai and use our services: which ones, why, and how you can control them.

In the UK, the European Union and the European Economic Area, nothing beyond the strictly necessary cookies is used until you agree to it. Elsewhere, analytics runs unless you switch it off. You can change your choice at any time using the settings above.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let a site remember things between pages and visits — for example, that you are signed in.

We also use your browser’s local storage, which works in a similar way, to remember your cookie choice without sending it to us.

2. The cookies we use

Strictly necessary. A session cookie and a refresh cookie keep you signed in, and a short-lived cookie lets a sign-in or sign-up be counted once. These are needed for fenbs to work and cannot be switched off.

Analytics and performance. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity show us which pages are used and where people get stuck. Clarity can replay how a page was used, but everything inside the signed-in app is masked, so the contents of your boards are never recorded. Advertising signals are always off.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

The full list, with how long each lasts, is in the settings above.

4. Controlling cookies

Use Cookie settings at the top of this page to allow or refuse analytics at any time. Your choice is remembered in this browser for a year, after which we ask again.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you staying signed in.

5. Third parties

Analytics cookies are set by Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity), who process the data on our behalf. Their own policies explain how they handle it.

6. Changes to this policy

If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change needs your permission, the cookie banner will ask you again.

7. Contact us

Questions about this policy or how we use cookies: info@towobo.com. A person reads every message, and usually answers within five business days.
