What it is
A shared list with roles and a record, built to be usable by anyone in the business including the person who does not do software. To Do, Next Up, In Progress, Completed. Every job is a Feature (new work), an Enhancement (a change) or a Bug (a problem). Big buttons, short words, a photo on a job from a phone.
Who is on it
- You, with the role that can do everything.

- A customer, with a role that can report a problem and comment, and see nothing else.
- An AI assistant that reads the board on Friday and writes the summary, signed with its name.
What it is not
Invoicing, scheduling, payroll, a CRM. fenbs is the list of what needs doing and where it is. Everything else stays in the tools you already have; a job’s note can link to them.
How to try it
Paste in the real list you are working from this week using Add many, add the one person who most often tells you about problems with a small role, connect the AI assistant you already use, and work from the board for a week.
