fenbs for agencies: a board per client, roles per person, one price per team
Give every client a board they can read and report into, keep your own people on the roles they need, and let AI assistants do the summaries. No per-seat pricing.

The shape
One team board per client. Your account manager, the people doing the work, and the client are all on it, each with a role that fits: the client can report and comment, the team can add and move, the account manager can do everything. The client never sees another client, and never sees a seat count, because there is none — a team board is one price however many people join.
Where the AI assistant fits
Connect the assistant your team already uses to each client board. It reads the board’s AI context — the client’s tone, what they care about, what must not be promised — before it drafts the Friday update, and it files the actions from a call as tasks so nothing lives only in a transcript. Its changes are signed with its name, so the client can tell what a person wrote.
What it will not do
Time tracking, invoicing, resourcing across clients, Gantt charts, approvals workflows. Agencies that run on those need an agency tool. fenbs is for the agency whose real problem is that client requests are scattered and nobody is sure what was agreed.
How to try it
Do not evaluate a simple tool with a demo project. Paste in the real list you are working from this week using Add many, add the one person who most often tells you about problems with a small role, connect the AI assistant you already use, and work from the board for a week. At the end ask one question: is the board still true? Your own board is free, so the trial costs nothing but the week.
