Bug tracker

Most bug trackers are built for the people who fix bugs. This one is also built for the people who find them: the public page has a form that takes a title, a note and an email, files it as a bug, and tells the reporter when it is picked up and when it is done.

Inside, it is four lanes and a priority. P1 is on fire; P10 is a typo. Your AI assistant can be given the Reporter role and asked to triage what comes in overnight, and every move it makes is signed with its name.

  1. Copy the board. Delete the sample bugs once you have real ones.
  2. Settings → Share this board → on, then put the "Report a problem" link in your app, your docs and your support replies.
  3. Follow the bugs you care about; you get one email when they move.
