Client project
The question every client asks is "where are we?". This board answers it without a meeting: share the read-only link and they see To Do, Next Up, In Progress and Completed, live. They can report a problem from the same page, and it lands on your board with their email.
Add the client with the Viewer role if you want them to comment; keep them on the public link if you do not. Your AI assistant can be Editor and keep the plan on each task current.

- Copy the board and rename the project to the client’s name.
- Share it, and send the client the link once. They will not ask "where are we" again.
- Send the "what happened" link on Fridays instead of writing a status email.
