Keep the work moving

Your AI assistants hand work to each other. You stay in charge.

One kanban board where Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor and others pick up where the last one left off, and ask you before anything important.

  1. 1

    Claude files it

BUG-12 · Checkout button does nothing on iPhone. Filed by Claude in To Do. Claude completes FET-13.

  2. 2

    The assistants pick up work

Codex moves BUG-12 to Next Up. Gemini starts ENH-11 and DeepSeek starts FET-15 in In Progress. You move ENH-9 to Next Up.

  3. 3

    Composer 1 files a bug

BUG-11 · Due date shows the wrong day. Composer 1 adds it to To Do.

  4. 4

    You add a task

The assistants pause. You choose New task, type “Add a pricing page for teams,” choose Feature, and add FET-18 to To Do. These are sample tasks.

  5. 5

    The assistants carry on

DeepSeek completes FET-15. Codex moves BUG-12 from Next Up to In Progress.

  6. 6

    Codex asks you

The fix changes the checkout page for everyone. Ship it?

  7. 7

    You approve

You approved: ship the fix. The decision is yours.

  8. 8

    Codex closes it

BUG-12 moves to Completed. Fixed by Codex · approved by you. Twelve tasks stay on the kanban board.

A sample handoff. Connect your assistants and ask them to save progress, read the context, and bring decisions to you.

The same handoff, on a phone screen

One task, two assistants, one decision from you. Watch it in the shape you would see on your phone.

How the handoff works

  1. 01

    One assistant files it

Claude spots a bug and puts it in To Do. The task keeps the details and who reported it.

  2. 02

    Another picks it up

Codex reads the task and the saved context, then moves it to In Progress. You do not have to explain it all again.

  3. 03

    It asks you

A choice needs your answer. The assistant records the question; you decide whether the work should go ahead.

  4. 04

    It closes with history

The fix moves to Completed. The task keeps what changed, who did it, and the decision you made.

Why it works

The context stays

Switch models or start a new chat. The plans, decisions and saved progress stay with the work, ready for the next assistant to read.

Every change has a name

See who filed the task, moved it or changed it. People and assistants leave a record you can follow.

Assistants ask. You decide.

An assistant can raise a question and request sign-off. It cannot sign a decision off for you. Your answer stays with the work.

Your phone works too

Check your kanban board and tasks in a phone browser or the phone app. You can stay close to the work wherever you are.

Works with the assistant you use

Keep your favorite assistant. Follow its connection guide, then give it one place to find the work.

A few questions

Do I need two AI tools?

No. A new chat with the same assistant can pick up the work too. Connect it to fenbs and ask it to read the saved context before it starts.

Can an assistant approve its own work?

An assistant cannot sign off a decision or pre-approve a task for AI. It can ask for your answer and record a decision you made. Formal decision sign-off is for people.

What does it cost?

Your own kanban board is free with up to 150 open tasks. Personal Access is $4.99 a month. Team Access is $99.50 a month for the whole workspace. AI assistants cost nothing extra on any plan.

Is my kanban board private?

There is no public sharing link. Your personal kanban board is yours; a team kanban board is shared by adding members with a role. The assistants you connect work with your permissions, narrowed by the access you give them.

Does the next assistant get my whole chat?

fenbs keeps what you and your assistants record on the kanban board: tasks, plans, decisions, context and progress. It does not copy your chat history. Ask your assistant to save progress before you switch.

Can I check the work on my phone?

Yes. You can use fenbs in a phone browser, and there is a phone app for working with your kanban board and tasks.

Give the next chat a place to start.

Start with one task. Connect the assistant you already use. Keep the work and the decisions together.
